Now here comes the big bite!!! This is something my collaborator
and I come up with during summer for ourselves to get a healthy life, but now
it’s time to share it with all of you guys from everywhere in the world so you
can also benefit from it.
Let us present you our PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM.
This program will get you directly to your goal if you
are ready to do everything it asks. We suggest you doing it on a period where you’re
not too busy but when you’re organized and you manage well your time, there
will be no problem. This fitness program was originally made for us, so if you
think the level is too high for you, or maybe too low you can always personalize
it and adapt it to your own capacities.
And don't forget that it's step by step that you're going to get your goal! ;)
