Being healthy doesn’t have to be only about eating
good food and doing exercise but also can be about having a sound mind and
adopting good habits. It all begins in your head and then is transferred through
your actions.
LET’S NOW CHECK OUT SOME INITIATING POINTS TO GET IN
THE MOOOOD!
TO-DO list to get started for a healthy life:
1. Always be open minded
When your
open minded it makes you go out of your comfort zone, experience new ideas and
not be afraid of changes.
Challenge: do something you never imagine doing today.
2. Make sure to always set your goals
Because you
need to know where you’re going in order to never get lost from what you want
to achieve, and don’t forget ‘’A goal without a plan is just a wish’ ’by Antoine
de Saint-Exupery.
Challenge: NOW, go take a piece
of paper and right down all your goals and how you’re going to reach them.
3. Always find a reason to smile
‘Cause that’s
just how we do it. A smile is priceless, so be free to never get tired of
smiling! Always remember that a smile brings happiness in your life, it
relieves stress and it makes you look beautiful.
Challenge: From now on,
every time you see yourself in the mirror, smile and find a reason why you’re
doing it.
4. Try, fall and get back up because you will never give
up
I guess it
made the point, there’s no other to say it as simply as that! You’re a fighter,
a winner and a champion, no matter what you’ll always go on.
Challenge: Today,
try to do something you really suck at, even if it’s a simple thing that you
think you can’t do. Do the best you can without of course giving up.
5. Be yourself

Challenge: Today and every other, stick to what you
truly are by the way you act, the way you dress yourself, the way you make
choices …
6. Always believe in yourself
I mean if
you don’t, who’s gonna do it for ya ? ‘’Be
the Master of your art, the Builder of your dreams and the Believer in your success’’

Challenge: Whatever you’re
doing now, stop! Take a deep breath and say out loud ‘‘I CAN DO IT!!’’.
7. Have fun and enjoy life! J
Life is for
those who enjoy. Learn to have fun and appreciate your time no matter what it
takes. Be funny, weird, dreamy, outgoing, be a fool. Let it go from itself and have
fun.
Challenge: Today, tell at
least 10 jokes and make people laugh their ass off or break a rule and do
something totally crazy, awesome and fun!
8. Be strong
To be
strong, you need to know your weaknesses and don’t take the shortcut just
because it’s easier. The harder it is the better because it just makes you
stronger!
Challenge: Right down on a piece of paper 6 things that makes you stronger every day.
9. Determination and ambition is the key
To reach your goals, you need to
be determinate and ambitious because you get to the top when you believe that
everything is possible as long as you work hard for it.
Challenge: Take a little
piece of paper, and right down the ultimate goal of yours, the one thing you
really want to do in your life. Then, fold it and throw it outside while
screaming ‘‘I WANT TO AND I WILL’’.
10. Live like three’s no tomorrow –Ghandi
Challenge: Do the 9 challenges suggested above.
